We hired Scott and his team over a 2 month period in October 2023 to carry out a shell only conversion of our loft space. We received quotes from a wide variety of companies but from the very first time Scott visited the house, we pretty much knew we'd found the person we wanted to work with. Scott's attention to detail, willingness to understand what we wanted from our project and flexibility immediately set us at ease. When it came to the actual work, Scott, Shane and Matty were a pleasure to have around the house. They were always courteous and respectful given that they were working in a small space that quickly became messy and very disruptive when we had all our first floor ceilings out! At every part of the job, Scott's communication was outstanding. There were some complications on our job as mentioned above but Scott talked us through our options and worked with us collaboratively and proactively to navigate through it all. He was super accommodating working with trades that we already had lined up and helped us out by purchasing some materials for us in order to help keep our overall cost down. This was a big deal for us. The first major home renovation project we've undertaken and for us, a massive amount of money to spend. I can confidently say that we wouldn't have dealt with the whole process anywhere near as well if we'd had another construction company and I cannot rate Scott highly enough.
